Last May (2010) I leased an M37X. Let me begin by saying that starting with the test drive... by the way - do you remember the
company who's slogan was " the car that sells itself " ? Well this M really does do that ! It's an exceptional car - really is.. It
didn't hurt that in my sales consultant - Mr Mark Klein, I finally found someone who knows the product the way a sales person should.. In a very comfortable, no nonsense manner he educated me on the vehicle, it's option packages, my financing options, and in general made me feel exceptionally comfortable with my purchase.. He is truly an asset to your company.
Most recently, I had to bring in my car for a few minor warranty issues. The check in process was perfectly handled. My service
adviser, Paul, discussed my problems and had me out the door in no time at all. When I picked up my car, each and every person, the parking attendant, the reception person, ALL ! the service adviser's personally greeted me - had something nice to say, and even though was not necessarily involved with me, asked if there was anything they could help with. Even the service manager, Vinny, when asked by Paul about a functionality issue with the I-Pod connectivity, stopped what he was doing, and jumped into my car to show me something. I really felt at home. Great crew, great attitude - and again.. great car ! Feb. 2011

I am writing you this email a bit later than I had originally planned. About 3 weeks ago I purchased a G 37 Coupe and wanted to express how impressed I was by the customer service and attention given to my fiancé and I. I was exiting my 2008 car and sat down with Kevin Bungert. I was not planning on leasing a new vehicle through Infiniti. However, after spending some time with Kevin and having him point out some of the key reasons to consider choosing to stay with Infiniti I decided to continue with the company. I have never had such white glove customer service treatment like this before and felt it was important to acknowledge.
